Search

One may specify values for Business Name, Owner Name, Instrument # and/or Date Filed From and To. Leading and Trailing spaces are removed and fields left blank are not used in the search. If more than one criteria is used, the search will find all records that fulfill ALL these parameters.

The Business Name search information is specified by entering the name in the box to the right of the Business Name: label.

The Owner Name search information is specified by entering the name in the box to the right of the Owner Name: label. The format expected is shown to the right of the input box.

The Instrument # search information is specified by entering the Instrument # in the box to the right of the Instrument #: label.

The Date Filed From and To search information is specified by entering dates in the boxes after the Date Filed From: label and the To: label. Dates are in the format mm/dd/yyyy, where mm is the number of the month, dd is the day of the month, and yyyy is the year. If a range of dates is specified, then all dates between the range will be returned, including the start and end dates.

Results

The Search Results page displays a summary of the search results. Headings included are: Instrument Number, Date Filed, Expiration Date, Status, Business Name, Owner and Abandon Date.
